Do you offer a guarantee? |
Yes, every service we offer has a 100% sasitfacftion guarantee. If our clients are not satisfied with our service, we go above and beyond to resolve the issue. However, if we can make you happy, you do not pay. We also offer a four year limited warranty on all wood restorations projects. Truth is that when you choose a company that is focussed on serice and integrity, you likely will never use the guarantee. |

What about payment options, can we pay with a credit card? |

We offer a variety of payment options. We do accept credit cards. Our clients can also pay for larger projects by splitting the total cost over 90-120 days. We also offer a levelized monthly billing option for yearly contracts, that divides the cost of the contract over 12 equal payments. |

We are insured, we carry $2,000,000 in general liablity insurance. |

Do you have a reference list of previous clients? |

Yes, we provide anyone who would like a list of previous clients. |

Will you give me a discount if my neighbor or family member uses your services? |
Yes. Each time you refer a friend or associate who uses our service we will credit your account $25. If your referal is new to our company we will also give them a $25 credit on their account as a welcome gift. Everyone wins! |

Yes! We can acomodate almost any need, with our staff of fully trained technicians we can really get a lot done in a short time. We offer an emergency service for last minute needs. When it absolutely has to be done on time, then call the pro's at CLEAR VIEW PROS. |

What is your service area?

We service aproximately a 100 mile radius of Texarkana, however depending on the job we will travel as far as we need to. We also have an office serving a 75 mile radius around Philidelphia Pennsylvania. Additional offices are soon to come, as we continue to grow. |

What is the average life of a wood restoration project? |
On average you should expect your deck/fence to look good for 2-4 years. Depending on the total of the circumstances this could be longer, but we prefer to be conservative. See limited warranty to learn more. |

How often should i wash my windows? |
For commercial job it is recomended that you have them serviced at least monthly. On a home most of our clients have the windows cleaned 2 or 3 times a year. It really depends on what your personal preferance is. We want you to be happy, and we will work with you to find a schedule that fits your needs best. |

How often do I need the outside of my home cleaned? |
Most of our clients have their homes cleaned at least yearly. Depending on location you may need this done more often, if you want your home to look its best. |

It looks like rain, what should we do? |
We have a "Rain Guaranty", i like to say we can guarantee you that it will always rain sometime after we clean your windows (haha). If the rain affects any of your freshly cleaned windows within 72 hrs. we will come and an touch them up at no charge to you. If it is raining too hard to do the outside, we will complete the inside and come back out to finish up when the sun comes out again. |
